Chili’s passion for high value construction procedures gives him a keen eye for home inspecting. He took ownership of Power Check Inspections from Chad after being a part of the company for a number of years. He has worked construction from foundation to roof and everything in between, and his experience with both new homes and remodels in Texas and Wyoming provided him with wide understanding of the variety of needs in different environments. His patience and thoroughness are reflected in his summaries and reports on every home he inspects.

Drew is an Austin-born real estate inspector, attorney, husband, and father. His background in corporate defense litigation and construction defect law gives him an eye for detail and a strong understanding of building systems and construction quality. He brings that same analytical approach to every inspection with the goal of providing clients a clear and practical evaluation of a property’s condition so they can make decisions with confidence. When he is not working he enjoys hiking in the Hill Country, gardening, and spending time with his wife and young son.

Dino offers a wide range of experience and expertise whether you are a first-time buyer or purchasing a larger, highly customized home. Prior to joining the Power Check team Dino spent over 12 years overseeing new construction, maintenance, and all home renovations for a local community comprised of single family homes. As an independent consultant Dino has inspected and appraised several thousand high value custom homes for major insurance companies specializing in replacement cost analysis and underwriting concerns (e.g. safety, security, loss prevention).

Cézanne has several years of experience answering calls and questions at Power Check. She works closely with clients, agents, and inspectors to keep things running smoothly.
